RM – Remedial maintenance of high bay storage
Do You Need Emergency Maintenance or Repair Assistance?
More often than not, we are a quick phone call away from dispatching a service technician whose an expert at solving problems involving pallet cranes and its auxiliary equipment.
Corrective maintenance means that we...
- Troubleshoot and identify the cause of the problem,
- Performing necessary repairs (if possible),
- Acquiring the necessary spare parts,
- Scheduling a new appointment if immediate repairs are not possible.
In order to resolve the down time as fast as possible, we recommend that our clients maintain their own selection of spare parts. This is due to there sometimes being long wait times for deliveries from the suppliers, or parts that need to be made to order.

Service agreements
Feel Safe with On-Site Technicians
If you enter a full-service agreement with us, you will have access to always on-site technicians (during the daytime or shiftwork). Our technicians will serve as your operations/service technicians and make sure the facility keeps running.
The Advantages of a Full-Service Agreement
- Remedial maintenance can be carried out without delay since we are already on-site.
- The restoration time usually required after unplanned downtime is avoided since we are able to solve the problems before they even arise.
- We perform preventative maintenance by working with you to draft and follow a maintenance plan.
- We compile a list of recommended spare parts that we think you should have in store. These can, for example, include parts with long delivery times or that serve a core function in your production. This can also apply to parts that risk breaking, such as photocells or reflectors.
Rail grinding
Rail Grinding
High bay storage cranes are rail-bound and after many hours of use, the rails can become worn at the railhead or along the sides. In some cases, the welded joints are longer and more elevated compared to the rest of the track, which can cause a slamming noise.
We grind the rails so that the unevenness disappears and the surface regains its camber. The tool used for rail grinding is encapsulated and equipped with a smoke filter. This means that we can grind your rails without the need for additional protections along the crane’s path. We also perform rail welding and other types of repairs.
